Robert G. Holston concentrates his practice in estates, corporate governance, banking matters and real estate.
Mr. Holston is a graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law - Camden and Dickinson College.
Mr. Holston handles estate planning and estate administration matters, corporate governance issues, banking matters and commercial and residential real estate matters.
Mr. Holston is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Gloucester County Bar Association, where he served as president in 1986. Over the years, he has also served as solicitor for various local municipalities and boards. He also previously served as an instructor for the American Institute of Banking, teaching Banking Law at Gloucester County College. In 1982, the U.S. Small Business Administration named him the New Jersey Lawyer Advocate of the Year for Small Business.
Mr. Holston’s appearance before the New Jersey Supreme Court is cited at Viviano v. CBS, Inc. 101 N.J. 538 (1986).
