Litigation & Appeals - The attorneys at the Firm have extensive litigation experience in State and Federal courts involving significant civil litigation, chancery court matters, as well as criminal defense. The Firm's attorneys are well equipped to effectively, aggressively and successfully represent their clients.  The Firm's partners have served as speakers at numerous legal seminars providing education and instruction to other attorneys on litigation practice.

The Firm's substantial litigation experience has provided a wealth of knowledge and professional expertise in litigating appeals in the Federal and State appellate courts. The Firm's attorneys have argued appeals on behalf of clients in the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division and before the New Jersey Supreme Court. Having the benefit of a former Judge of the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, the firm also assists outside counsel in writing briefs and preparing for oral argument.
