Samuel J. Myles, Esquire
Samuel Myles is a shareholder with the firm who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, estate planning and administration, and real estate.
Mr. Myles is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law (with honors) and The College of New Jersey (magna cum laude). Prior to joining the firm, he completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Anne McDonnell in the New Jersey Superior Court.
Mr. Myles handles a variety of catastrophic personal injury matters and insurance coverage matters. He also handles estate planning and administration and is frequently appointed by the court in estate administration roles as a fiduciary. Mr. Myles also handles residential and commercial real estate transactions. He regularly practices in New Jersey State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Myles is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Gloucester County Bar Association, where he previously served as a trustee. He is also a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (formerly the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers). He was also selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2008-2014.

Mr. Myles has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in catastrophic injury claims, including auto accidents, product liability claims, slip and falls, assaults, civil rights actions, dram shop actions, medical malpractice claims and wrongful death actions, resulting in millions of dollars of settlements and verdicts. He has also been frequently appointed by the court as an administrator of complex, litigated estates, and in other fiduciary roles such as guardian, guardian ad litem, and court appointed counsel of alleged incapacitated persons.
